I'm not having much luck finding cheap suit hire :-( we need TEN suits altogether - it looks like its going to cost around £1000 didnt realise how much they are :-(
CommentAuthorUnknown
they are expensive but debs do them so do supermarkets and are much cheaper
CommentAuthorJoey
aww i feel your pain! we went with moss in the end coz the groom went free if you had more than 5. Debenhams are also quite cheep or BHS? I also found a website online (think it was smartgrooms) that is £55 per suit and they just get sent to you and you send them back... i wasnt sure about that so I left it to H2b. Hope you get it sorted hun xxx
CommentAuthormjb87
thank you i will have a look - do debenhams and bhs hire them or sell them xx
CommentAuthorJoey

Like the kadies have said you can get them from your local supermarkets.
But im getting mine from an on-line company that kit you out from top to toe (even shoes if you want for a lil extra) with jacket, trousers, waistcoat, shirt, cravat/tie and handkerchief all for £57 each regardless of style or colour!
If you want the link let me know.

CommentAuthorJoey

I just looked at both of them again and the one that Hails put on is also really good. I rekon if you emailed them and told them you want 10 they might give you a discount
CommentAuthorXLittleMissMe!X
The other way to do it is hire a tux instead as they are around £39 to hire and if you know a student you get another 10% off the price too with Debs. You can buy a whole suit from Matalan or Asda for less than £50. Again Matalan do 10% student discount.
CommentAuthorMel D
Sorry hun ... can't help you ... I left it all up to h2b, so I know what they're wearing, but not where they got them from or how much. Good luck! xx

They look good - although they also look identical - same prices, same suits etc. In fact - checking the contact us address, they are the same people! either way, it looks like a great idea!

We are using a company where the groom is free, I think all the suits are £85 each inc shoes so we were pleased with that plus their selection of waitcoats was fantastic xx

yeah we got quoted between 100 and 150 a suit but sometimes they have offers on e.g. a percentage off or the groom goes free so keep an eye out for these... thats what we are doing. We are going to wait until oct, nov when peak season is offer and the deals come out again

start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
total loss to date: 24.5 lbs now need to maintain!
CommentAuthorKye
Yeah we looked into hiring suits for the guys but the quotes were coming up as over £100 each! thats madness im not paying nearly a £1000 for wearing suits for one day so me and hub2b have decided that the price to hire one you could buy a nice suit that he can have for life great!! so i asked around father of bride, ushers etc and said if they can wear their smart black trousers, jacket and white shirt im going to buy the waistcoats and cravats online as they are a bargain on ebay so instead of spending over £100 on each im spending £20 total on each :D xxxxxxx
CommentAuthorHonest John!
You can try Greenwoods for mens suit hire, about £55 a time and hire 5 get one free, also depending on yoour location Moss Bros, or Slaters, £1000, seems an awful lot!
CommentAuthorlil miss sunshine
I've find mines for £57 each to hire it's all done on line but i've called the company and the man was lovely he even told me that the suits they do are also supplied to some of the larger hire companies so going to them you are basically cutting out the middle man
and now the next chapter
CommentAuthorMrs fairytale
our suits have cost us £72.50 each and the groom goes free as we have ordered 7 in total, that cost is for the tails jacket, trousers, shirt, hankie, ruche and waistcoat, we got that price as we paid depsoit last year so got the price before VAT increase, if u want the name of company can post on your wall xxx
