    Well I weighed in today and put on 1lb this week :( I was so good this week, but fell down on Sunday night with a great big curry :S Also been drinking coke again the last couple of days and have been left feeling really bloated - so staying off the coke and gonna see if that helps.

    I've got a few recipies from a pdf file so if anyone wants them PM me and I will email them all to you. They include red,green and extra easy days as well as sauces, desserts and other things.

    Made raspberry velvet yesterday and its lovely and only 1/2 syn per portion

    1 sachet fat free jelly
    500g fat free fromage frais
    170g raspberries
    3 egg whites

    Make jelly, allow to cool then add in fromage frais and raspberries mix it up.

    mix egg whites then fold into mixture

    Allow to set for at least 2 hours

    Yum yum!

    I do that one YourFirstDanceBride with strawberries too and both are lush. You can do it with any berry fruit you want really.

    This isnt a slimming world menu but its delicious. I've just made a pizza using flat bread, tinned chopped tomatos and a squirt of tomato paste. Chopped cherry tomatoes onions peppers mushrooms sweetcorn lots of chicken and mozerella! mmmm

    I've been on slimming world for 6 weeks now and lost 10.5lbs, made up! Loving this thread as its a real boost when im flagging. Off now to make diet coke chicken yum, yum :)

    Joined the class last night and managed to get H2B to join too. He doesn't have much to lose but he's very competitive and is set to lose the extra pounds :) Started the diet today and although I have found it relatively easy to do I do need to get to Asda and bulk up on free foods etc. Can i ask you girls what are the best free foods to keep in your cupboard/fridge? Can i also ask if super noodles are free?
    Okay here's my menu for today.
    Breakie - an activia yoghurt and banana
    Lunch - lean ham sandwich (0.5 syns for a tsp of flora extra light)
    Dinner - pasta with home made pasta sauce and lots of veggies
    Syns - 99 calorie toffee crisp (5 syns)
    Drinks - coffee, water, diluting juice.

    Well done to all the ladies who are doing so fantastically well :) xxx

    snack pots hun!! they noodle soup things in a packet! all flavours that are 1% fat are free-- sweet n sour,chicken an dtomato! in tesco at mo the are 45p but in sum pound shops 3 for £1 lol they are gorgouesssssssssssssssssss NHR ure bread is syns 2 lol

    I think the low fat supernoodles are free....

    2.5 pounds loss tonight - amazing as I ate out twice (chose fish); so happy - only 8 pounds off target :)

    Today's menu;
    breakfast - 2 weetabix and skimmed milk
    lunch; mugshot, banana and apple
    dinner; 3 egg omelette with onion, courgette and mushrooms. Muller light, meringue nest and kiwi fruit

    I am aiming to to lose 1 1/2 stone by the end of April to fit into my dress. Joined SW at the beginning and have now lost over 8lb so I'm well on my way!

    I have to admit though I find it harder on the weeks when I can't go to group. I do get excited about going to group though!

    i love going to the meetings, sad isnt it, but we have a laugh, pick up some good tips and she always does a brilliant raffle too, need one more pound for my half a stone, so want to lose it this week, h2b has already lost a stone in 4 weeks, i have only lost 6 lb, but still enjoying it, trying a green week this week to see if it makes any difference :)x

    shellay...i am a pound of my half stone too and am determined to to it this week!! not sure if i will tho as we are going for a curry on monday and to london on sat but we will see!! my h2b hasnt joined but is eating the same food as me but he is still drinking as much as he always has done but he has lost 12lb in 5 weeks!! he still needs to lose just over 2 stone tho xx

    Hi, I am doing SW too! I joined on 10th Jan and want to lose between 4-5 stone. I am getting married next year so have over a year to acheive this. So I have been doing it for 4 weeks and lost 12 pounds so far. The problem is, I am going away with H2B to Stratford-Upon-Avon this weekend and I'm scared I'm not going to be able to stay on track!! He hasn't got any weight to lose and because of his active job eats what he wants when he wants!! He is already going on about cake and coffee etc!!

    oh mrs tone do you live near by then im about 15mins away from stratford :D we are gointo an all you can eat buffett monday and london for my birthday but im allowing my self to have 1 bad day a month as we have v-day this month my 21st march my daughters bday april nothing may junes my h2b bday but going to be good then as its 5days before the wedding then ill have bad food and cakes and stuff on the wedding so 1 bad day a month

    i am sure 4-5 stone is achievable!! everyone has a day or 2 where they have an off day so dont stress yourself out over it.

    just make sure you do really well before you go and when you get back. drink lots of water aswell.

    i managed to go to newcastle for three days, and still lose 1lb, i just watched that everything i could eat, was as low syns as possible and did lots of walking :) x

    its easier on this plan to make good choices and stick closely to the diet

    Ask in restaurants u go in for options u can eat most will do it if your polite with them and flexi syn for ya cake xx

    you have a long way to go so it wont do to much damage

    As for me well i am at target for time being goig to lose more weight when i come back from honeymoon but had to maintain due to dress being fitted and have been really tired this week i cant stop eating though i feel always hungry i am drinking lots of fluid water fresh lemon on hot water but still want to eat my intake of bananas and Clementines has doubled lol

    you increase your syns by 5 and see what happens it really is a balancing game then you can add more healthy extras but your SW coach will advise you what to do its pretty easy as if you put on weitgh then u just have a good week back to plan the next week and it corrects itself xx

    Abi4tomboy - I live in Derby which I believe is 1 - 1.5 hours away!

    I will try to be good - its stopping myself having a glass of wine etc with my meal and trying to skip on pudding thats going to be difficult!! I just really didn;t want to have a bad week this early on!!

    Evening ladies :)
    Went to Asda tonight and stocked up on everything I need and lots and lots of super free foods. I now own a gazillions herbs and spices too. lol. I've not eaten so much today as I had a presentation to do and the nerves made my appetite disappear :( All better now though and I had Steak, mushrooms, fried egg, beans and 1 potato waffle (2.5 syns). I've not used my healthy choice for the calcium one so I may have a wee 250ml glass of milk.
    I bought a ton of rice so I may make my home made fried rice too. Love it :)
    We're all doing well girlies. xxx
