Hey everyone, with 89 days to go until the big day I have decided to re-joining S.World tonight to get me back down to the weight I want to be. 1stone 2lbs approximately to go!!!

I don't know about any of you but as the day is getting closer i'm eating so much more! I don't know whether it is psychological as I know i'm not meant to eat crap or whether I just eat when I get stressed! Hopefully this will get me back on track xxx

Good luck!! I am currently doing the Cambridge diet. Lost 36lbs so far in 12weeks, feeling fab and cant wait to get in my dress :-)

yeah what is the Cambridge diet does it involve eating lots of eggs as i cant eat eggs im alergic and dislike them?xx

Be careful when doing those diets if not pharmacy or drs led....
amount of stories i hear, brilliant at the time and then its after when you either start introducing food or before when you become really tired etc be the same with Lipotrim! i looked into that and researched well & even that 1 is a pharmacy led thing

I have been signed off to do it by my GP, if followed properly and monitored is perfectly safe.
You can start on just meal replacements or do 2 meal replacements and a small meal, bit like slim fast. You gradually introduce more food through each of the 6steps of Cambridge. I have more energy than ever and have tried every diet under the sun but this works for me personally xx
