Haha aww that's lovely :)

Mine didn't go quite to plan for my h2b! We went to Gran Canaria last year for my birthday & his plan was to propose on my birthday, we went to a family party the night before we flew out to GC & both had a bit too much to drink (him more than me!) so we woke in a panic the morning of the flight as we were running late & he was still a bit drunk! As we got right near the airport, he realised he'd left all my presents at home (the ring included) which I obviously didn't know about. When we got to our apartment, I phoned my mum to let her know we got there ok & told her about h2b forgetting the presents, she kept saying she couldn't believe he'd done that etc, I couldn't see the problem cos I just thought, well I'll open them when I get home! So I was still none the wiser about it all. When we did get home, he gave me most of my presents, except one which he kept hidden & said I couldn't have it just yet. When I opened the last present I had, it was a ring! He looked really shocked & quickly got down on one knee & asked me to marry him .. after I'd got over the shock/excitement, he told me he didn't mean to give me the ring, he thought they were some earrings he'd got me! So both times he'd planned, both went wrong! Lol. But it makes a good story to tell ;) xx

& he later made up for it .. I'm a support worker so I take my ring off for work & I came home one day & our puppy came running up to see me & she had my ring on her collar & he asked me again! :) My mum also told me that while we were on holiday, the night of my birthday, all my family were texting her to see if I'd said yes & she told them she'd have to let them know when we got home as the idiot forgot the ring! Lol, gotta love 'em aint ya ;) xx
