heya hun, is there a print properties tab anywhere? because if you went into there and changed the size of the paper to the one you have (even if you need to make a customised size), then design the inside, then when you print choose your custom size and scale to fit page, and print, hope that helps :) if your unsure cut down some plain printer paper to the size of your inserts and do some test pages so you don't waste any of your nice papers :) if this is no help then google it hun as im unsure what your print studio is and what the screens look like so i can't be more help sorry :( xxx

I went to wh smiths and bought a guillotine for about £15, it has a ruler on it and a very good blade so I did a couple of practice runs for sizes etc for the inserts, printed two on each A4 sheet and spent a few hours cutting them all. Bit of advice though get a decent guillotine as we bought one from staples that was £10 and rubbish! xx

I've tried all this. My printer just keeps saying paper mismatch, even though I've chosen the size of paper that I want to use on my pc. Spent 8hrs on it and got nowhere. Thanks anyway. C x

hiya if you go to devices and printers on your computer click the shortcut that takes you to your printer then right click on your printer icon scroll down to printing preferences then left click it will open your printer properties click on page set up then go to page size if the size you want is there then click it if not go to custom and create your sizes click apply then click ok this should print out in the correct size you need, i would practice on some plain paper before using your actual invitation paper, hope this helps. xx

Not sure but I think my only option is an up to date printer. Mine's only about two years old but didn't cost a lot. Wish confetti would say what printers they'd used whilst trying out their program's! C x

it shouldnt really make a difference on what printer you have they shud still print out, have you tried using someone else's just incase it is your printer that needs renewing. x
