    Ours is included in the price for our venue but if it wasnt I would be looking at around £250 - £300 for 4/5 hours.

    2 hours play time for a band - 1200 and that was discounted

    cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
    weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
    total loss to date: 24.5 lbs now need to maintain!

    mine is so expensive cos they have to set up before my wedding as i dont want them carry equipemnt in through my reception would have been £300 and £250 other wise

    They are expensive unfortunately :/ all wedding things are, it seems! Lol. Dj's tend to be the cheapest option, unless you know a band?

    im paying £250 for our dj! the minute you say wedding the price goes up at least £100! i had a dj for 6 hours for my 21st birthday and paid £90! its a bit of a rip off but they know you're going to pay it. If you want a band or singer, get in touch with your local universitys music department, theres aways students looking for a bit of extra cash xx

    it depends what you're wanting really, ours will just bring a good selection of music where as if you spend more money you'll be able to choose what songs you'd prefer xx

    £850 for a 3 piece band, doing 2 x 45 minute sessions and dj'ing in between - expecting them to be on from 9-12 but they were prepared to start from 7.30!

    Our DJ is 550 but he is travelling over an hour to get to our venue and will be there from 4pm until after one, he is a bit pricey but we were let down by our original choice and this guy is the only one we could persaude to travel xx

    It's great to say i get married this year September 1st 2012

    hi our band will play from 8pm to 12pm with a short break during buffet where they will play some recorded music. They are £1300.

    I have been quoted around £700 for a friend of a friends band, but they are amazing! Will have to see what the budget allows :-( x

    I would have thought so too, but i was at a wedding once when the groom nearly lost it because the dj was stuck in his own time warp and was ignoring all of their requested songs!

    We are paying £500 for our dj to be there all day, he will start for when guests arrive at 1.30pm right through till 1am. xx;0)

    our wanted 300 but i bargained with him to do it for 200 as we booked so early and at a bridal fair

    Wow, can't believe how variable prices are for music!

    Our band was £1400, we also fed them and gave them a couple of free rounds from the bar.
    That price was for 5 people for 2 nights, and they played for about 10-12 hours total.

    We are paying £100 for our dj but he is a friend of my H2B and we can give him a list of what we want so im happy with that. He will be there for 5 hours.
