Yes, you can add new sections! Have a read of the instructions at the top of the checklist and it will explain how! .... essentially you just add a new item by pressing a green insert arrow where you want the new section and then turn the item into a section header by pressing the 'S'! :)

I've had a look at your profile and it appears ok. What web browser are you using? Its possible you are using an older version. In your web browser click 'help' in the browsers menu and then click 'about'. You'll be looking for something like Internet Explorer 6 or something like that!
