it feels like forever that ive been trying to decide on bm colour and colour scheme though its only been probs about 2mth !
anyway could you maybe help me decide please.
i really like the buttermilk/lemon and a honey gold colour ( they're similar ) and i know what flowers i would have for these colours, but we also like a claret colour my problem is deciding which one, i ve even done a pro n cons of each colour ! I cant do any invites or sort the rest out until i decide !!!!! my h2b likes both colours as much as each other so is no help n told me to just flip a coin to decide ! i dont want to look back n regret the choice of colour and at the moment i'm liking the yellows but know that the reds would make the wedding look better !

LEMON etc-- i like this colour a little more than the claret
I know which flowers i would have with this colour
    its a happy summery colour
the brushed gold looks a better colour to match my dress but the buttermilk is a little pale for my dress but still looks ok
CONS the venue would look a little pale in this colour scheme
some bms would prefer to get a fake tan if wearing this colour

CLARET majority of bms prefer this colour
the venue would look much better in this colour
this colour also looks good with my dress
CONS ive looked and looked but dont like red flowers for the wedding but also dont want an all white flower bouqets etc

I have dresses in mind for the colours but cant addmore pics as the site wont let me n IT Man didnt get back to me the second time otherwise i would of put pics on of the dresses, the honey gold is taffeta n the other colours are chiffon n girly floaty dresses- i'm quite girly lol
helpp would be much appreciated as its holding me back !!! xxx

i never meant do your bridesmaid in totally different colours, i meant have the red dresses with a honey gold sash, and shoes. you can always use red flowers with gold ribbon or vice verse xxx

i think red is a wintery colour and the gold/lemon is more summery. so depending on when your wedding is, id choose by that :) x

I agree with jellytot....when is your wedding??.... because I would pick either one depending on the season (light colours for summer, dark for winter) Personally picking the bridesmaids have been the vain of life for the past 4 months or so given that I really really really wanted dark purple but couldnt get one in the right shape for all, right shade and right price! Ive now ended up with gunmetal desses and went for a purple sash like ohfiddles suggested! I wouldnt put this stress on yourself (like I did) if you find a dress in either colour which you like go for that!!!! Think both of your ideas are lovely...personally Id go for the claret and have light coloured flowers and loads of greenery! Good luck in your decision chick xxxx

if you look at thr pannatone site you can use their mood board to see what all these colour combinations would look like. as its a summer wedding i would er on the yellow scheme but try and get the bridesmaids opinion by trying on dresses. i think summer wedding summer colours which is why i opted for my colour choice. good luck

Hurry up July31st I want to be Mrs Hall.
    3 more sleep!!!

took bms to shops n 3 prefer red n 2 the yellos, the gold taffeta looks best then the claret chiffon colour against my dress the lemon colur was a little pale but the dresses were gorgeous, its a summer wedding- Aug, this has been one of the hardest decissions about the wedding ! xx

then i would go with the gold taffeta if it looks the best next to your dress, and just co-ordinate the shoes, flowers etc.. in claret hun xx
