Woodlands Lodge Hotel is a charming, privately owned country house hotel nestled in the heart of Hampshire’s historic New Forest National Park, surrounded by 3 acres of beautiful private gardens with direct access to the forest for those magical woodland walks (and perfect for dog-friendly celebrations too, as your four-legged friends are very welcome!).
The hotel is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, with three unique rooms to choose from (Woodlands Room for up to 55 guests, Garden Room and Wedgwood Room for up to 75 each), and flexible reception options up to 75 guests (or more by combining spaces). They offer everything from intimate elopements to exclusive-use weekend packages, including accommodation for you and your guests, delicious meals at the Woodlands Restaurant, and that peaceful, stress-free arrival with ample free parking.
The key person you'll be dealing with for your wedding planning is Matilda Mascord (the dedicated wedding coordinator). She leads the friendly, knowledgeable team and is highly praised in reviews for her patience, attention to detail, and hands-on support — from designing menus and decorations to overseeing every aspect so your day goes off without a hitch.
