Have you got a busy two weeks? I found that the week running up was so busy it flew by, then everything was over before we knew it.
It's nice as everyone is still talking about our wedding in how nice it was and how nice the staff etc were. I just knew that was the place to have it.

Oh my god Friday is getting closer!!!! I have a small 5 hour shift to do at work today but hoping to get away early then that's me off! I still can't believe I'm getting married in 3 days. It was strange to see my name on the list of who's getting married.

Booked my minimoon yay!.Just two nights( end of October) in Chester at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel and spa but we are going to have some spa treatments and have booked for the Marco Pierre White restaurant so hopefully some serious pampering mixed with a bit of retail therapy xxx

Have started getting more things finalised for Friday. Went to the venue today and took the table planner and favours as they're doubled up as name settings too. Have just finished the kids party bags for the day do. Have also found watch gift sets for the junior usher, our eldest son, our daughter and my MoH, all for £47. Very happy indeed with that. Got a busy day tomorrow. Taking dog to the kennels, paying balance off cars and cake, taking cake topper to cake shop lol. Picking up rest of gifts, getting our holiday clothes washed and packed and then after school finishes, picking up kids so that eldest son can get a pair of shoes for the big day and new bras for me and my daughter haha. Cor Blimey its gonna be a busy busy day and thats just wednesday. Thursday i'm picking up the dresses in the morning then back to venue at 2pm with our overnight bags, the decorated table lanterns and all the gifts that we will be handing out when its the speeches. Will then pick our youngest son up early from school, take another overnight bag to my mum's and chill out for the rest of the day and evening, ready for the big day

Awww Teresa, at least you will be kept busy. SOunds like my whole week before the wedding!! LOL It was major panic the day before as was having nails done, was at uni on the mainland, called a taxi and they said they don't know how long it will be as a road was shut! All I wanted was to get home!

I've finished work now until November woohoo!! Only downside is, we've just looked at the weather for Mexico for the 22nd onward and it's raining everyday where we are :-( bit gutted! But I'm sure there will be plenty of indoor activities we can do!

Ive got my waxing today. So quickly jumped on here to quickly catch up with everyones plans. Im just away to finish off matthews present while he is out. but i have a disaster!!!! I have broken one of my nails. Its still hanging on and have put heaps of nail varnish on may nail to try and stop it breaking any more but i still feel it catching on things. Im hoping when i go in for my waxing that the beauty place will manage to save it

Good point Kim, I've finished the party bags and am taking them to the hotel tomorrow, i've even labelled who they are for so they will be on the tables for the day do. Got all my jobs done that were out and about today. Having a rest now in between getting the clothes all sorted for everybody. Taking my sons to get their hair trimmed after school/college. Still need to get my h2b's presents and box wrapped up. Might go and do it now lol x

Hello guys! I am very late joiner (only just discovered this site!). I am to be married on 27th October and can't wait! We are having a traditional church wedding and are keeping our fingers crossed for nice weather and hopefully not too cold!

I didn't have time to think about anything the day before as was in Uni. We were talking about it yesterday actually as I said I would have loved to have taken that day off but it would not have been allowed, but in a way I was glad as it kept me occupied. If I was at home all I would have done was sit around getting nervous earlier, as everything was done.

hi Ladies, well i did it im now a Mrs. I feel fantastic!!!! The weather was fantastic and day went fast but great. Will try and put some pics we have from friends in my album and link on my wall to our photographers web page which has some on. Have the honeymoon on Friday for 3weeks so looking forward to it although it is carribean where the hurricane has been :-( Will miss my son whos 16 and cannot wait to have the house to himself....worry. Have family friends popping in and keeping an eye on him. Will keep popping in to see how maried life is with us all.lol. Ossie12 all the very best wishes for Monday. xxx
