Control suit? I'm thinking of getting one for my big day for flattering or sexy but if it tucks it all in and hides the lumps i dont mind asking w2b to cut me out of it.

I did sw for about ten days in november ( I know, i need to get back on it, but this was a rush job as was going to hospital and needed tos how them I had lost soemthing) and I lost 7.5 pounds in that time! And yes i realise you loose weight quickets at first.

If i got hungry in the evening i made myself a side salad and some fruit, things like that, so i was never really hungry, and i elt much healthier.

I am sure if you put your mind to it you can manage it.... is it the size of your boobs stopping you getting in it, or the top half in general?

How about wrapping up real tight in cling film and breathing in a lot? OK you'll probably sweat ya self about ten galloons and faint but hey ho....

no seriously, i am not sure what to suggest. Hopefully you can get into it

is it your boobs that are too big or something else, if you do some chest exercises, press up on your knees or light weights then it will tone up your top half, and as our boobs are fat then it just give your some skrinkage up top ;-) x

If it's your boobs that are stopping the zip then I'd recommend a minimiser bra! I've only ever worn one once (despite being a 30G my hip measurement is exactly the same so tbh I like my chest lol) because i LOVED a dress but they were blocking the zip. Worked a treat :) Xx

not the most fun in a diet but cut out potatos, rice, bread and pasta completely. It's not the atkins diet and is very healthy as you still eat loads of fruit and veg. I did this combined with interval training once a week and strength training twice a week and lost 14 inches from all over in 2 weeks! xx

First week members who join sw usually loose loads! I lost 5lb in my first week, another lady came in with a 8lb loss, and my friends husband came in with a 12lb loss in his first week.

zowie, what makes that different from the atkins diet?
I am just wondering as cutting out all carbs is not good for your body.
