I am having a really traditional white wedding dress - floor length, lacey, lovely train, lace up back etc etc. But, I really truly don't like the shoes I've been shown in bridal shops. None of them really feel like 'me' so I figured I should go with my gut and choose the shoes I really want! I've chosen a pair now, and they're pink, lilac and blue (our wedding colours are pink and lilac) and they're my something blue too. They're VERY non-traditional - they're Original Choice Courtesan Floral Bars, I'll put a link on my wall to the beauties. I was just wondering if anyone else was doing something a bit snazzy with their wedding footwear? x

There are so many people out there who will tell you
    what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

I fall over at the best of times so only wanted a little heel, plus I find these shoes SO comfortable - always been my favourite brand and I've never had a blister. The cream/gold ones were gorgeous too, and I did think about them but they discontinued them which sort of made my mind up for me! x

Wow! Your shoes are lovely!I'm thinking of doing something different, our colour is cornflower blue so thought about blue shoes. I'm just soooooo bad in heels so will have to start looking soon so I have time to wear them in.

I have these shoes in 3 different colours. I have a slight obsession with irregular choice shoes. although hate the first time i wear them and smear the picture on the bottom. They are really lovely though. There is nothing to say we have to wear ivory shoes. MIne are bright pink

I had purple shoes! They were dyed to match the bridesmaids dresses, but as purple is my favorite color they will definitely get worn again :-)
