were having a honey fund set up so people can contribute towards the wedding instead of gifts , people can go on line and do this and you can keep an eye on how much is in there this might be a good idea and will help with the costs xx

My friend did Vegas then Hawaii two years ago. They went through the 'finders of trail' and I know they didn't spend an absolute fortune, so it may be worth checking them out. Also, my advice would be spend some time researching costs yourself and getting at least 3 quotes from different companies. It saved us about a third by playing them off against each other!

we just went to the travel agent who came up with several options. Didnt trust doing it ourselves as we are not that good at organising things like that

We are doing kenya and tanzania (zanzibar)
I have also done a multi-centre trip in egypt but hated cairo so not sure if I would recommend doing that

I'd go and speak to the travel agents just for ideas even if you dont book with them

There are so many people out there who will tell you
    what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

We booked ours a few weeks back and are doing New York and St Lucia. We went to Thompson and they booked it through Hayes and Jarvis (or Jarvis and Hayes) and they did it for us, flights, transfers everything! Give them a shot! x

Our ideal honeymoon is 2.5 weeks in New Zealand, with few days stop off on the way over and the way back in whichever city we change in, most likely Singapore of Hong Kong. I'm clueless when it comes to air travel, but having looked online, it seems it is cheaper to book the two flights seperately, so will likely end up doing that (if we get the dream anyway!)
