You can have meet ups wherever you want as long as you lot organise them.

i can arrange my work timetable to get into oxford any day for an hour or so lunch time ish other that than thurs afternoons any evening and weekends xx

During school hours for me possibly an evening if the hubby to be will be kind and watch the kids (weekends are a no no as i work friday and saturday night)
