We are planning a Lord of the Rings wedding in a castle, I will be wearing a green dress similar to Arwens and my h2b will be wearing a replica of Aragon's coronation outfit.
The rest of the day will be mainly medieval but Im finding it really hard to find suppliers that specialise in the medieval theme. Any ideas?

lol maybe i should have written whats already been planned. first the actual wedding ceremony, followed by photos in the castle grounds. then we are having a handfastening in a separate part of the castle followed by a medieval banquet, jesters and dancing.
any ideas on invites, flowers, finishing touches, favours, decorations etc?

bales of hay might be cool and peacock feathers for deco, the invites could be on scrolls or folded parchment sealed with a wax seal, if you had goblets of wine those could double up as favours maybe...

How fantastic! Invitations - copy the Celtic-type style of text used in the films? You HAVE to get something in there about the ring to rule them all - perhaps in a speech? A Lord of the Rings quiz? I'll keep thinking xx

    You could wear a wimple????

I've got a couple of websites you could try looking at i'll put them on your wall.

We were going to have a medieval wedding, but decided we couldnt afford it after we got some quotes back. Our wedding is just going to have touches of medieval in it. xx
