    Were getting married 25th june and need to be out of our house 14th july-when we were planning our honeymoon for!!!
    So glad nothing is booked yet but still do not need this stress!!!!!!!!

    Oh no, that's really bad timing. Have you found anywhere else to live? At least you don't have to move out just before the wedding, that would be disastrous!

    Cant you ask to stay until he has a date for exchange? If they have just found a buyer I can see it being completed for ages yet. You never know the new owner might want tenants too!
