    Hi Gem!
    Well done on joining WW.
The Pro Points system is much easier than other plans as it's so flexible.
You'll be amazed how much food you can eat for your daily pro points allowance and then there's the weekly 49 pro points too.
I love it! I've lost more than 2stone and have now trained to become a WW leader.
Don't forget to take your measurements so you can see your progress as well as feel it.
Message me if you have any questions and I'll try to help.
    xx

I also have 87 days left, but right at this moment I am devouring a tube of Pringles. Bad I know as I have some weight to lose but feel a bit lethargic today and just want to eat. Tomorrow I need to get back to exercising. As for WW, the zero point soup is great to have in the kitchen when you are peckish. Eat as much of it as you like! Good luck. xx

Hello! I've been converted to WW recently, joined 4 weeks ago and have lost a stone already - for someone who struggles to lose weight, I don't think thats bad! :o) Really enjoying seeing myself shrink on a weekly basis, and I agree with measuring yourself, keeps the motivation up if you dont lose any actual weight one week xxx

I love love love ww's. When done correctly you will lose...it's brilliant and so flexible. I'm starting again soon as I went off the bandwagon and put on loads :( but I know where I'm going wrong. And yeah, measure too...Sometimes you might weight the same but are losing inches!

Pro points is much easier IMHO than the old system because you get the weekly allowance as well as the daily.
    Good luck with it.

I really love WW now, I can still eat what I want and lose weight! I think it just really makes you think about what you're eating. I can't believe all the rubbish I used to eat! I'm a but naughty though, I don't use any of the weekly allowance and try to stay within my daily allowance all the time so that hopefully the weight will come off quicker! Have lost 3lbs since going back to work a week ago, has definitely got my motivation back up after 6 weeks of having to be stationary :o)

I have been on the new WW pro points for 8 weeks and have lost 8lbs, Im finding it very slow but every1 tells me its better to loose it this way. I really need to find my tape messure and do my messurements. I have a dress size to lose as my wedding dress is a 12 and does not fit!!
Gem how are you getting on? xx

go for it! I've just started spark people, which is basically calorie counting. I'm heading for a March wedding, which means I have Christmas, new year, then 6 birthdays to celebrate before my wedding day, so I figured I'd better start losing it now!!
Be determined, don't be too harsh on yourself and celebrate every lb with a wiggle rather than chocolate :0)

Well done on joining. Ive done weight watchers before but am currently on Slimming World. Ive been going for a year and have lost 4 stone and 1 lb. Only got 5 lb to go to target then have to keep it off for a year lol. Just stay positive and keep going. I always tell myself even a dripping tap fills a bucket and you will get there if you put your ming to it. Good luck x x x x x
