Ooh heck, reading how organised people are is making me realise how much I have to do lol. We are getting married on 19th June 2011 and have so far booked the venue, provisionally booked the registrar, h2b has bought most of his outfit and that's about it..... I think I have found the dress I want but am panicking about where I can get purple laced up heeled boots that will match, and a lacy top (my dress is going to be purple and black). We are still trying to find an alternative rock band that doesn't charge the earth, and the venue won't allow us to have fireworks :-( Sooooooo much to think about it's overwhelming, goodness knows how I will be nearer the day lol. I hope everyone else's plans are going well xxx

Me and mummyto2 had loads of fun today at the wedding fair in manchester - even more fun when we were at the same stalls and they asked us when we were getting married (both 22nd july) :) we rocked the place in our UK Bride t-shirts :)... The fair helped me decide on my veil and tiara ! yey :)

Hey Gem! I know exactly how you feel!! I am mega stressed...doing an MA essay (well currently putting it off to come on here)! I am wishing I hadn't started the MA...I started it before we got engaged so didn't know how much I would have on during it!

Do bit by bit and you will get there! I have called upon my BMs a lot so they have helped out massively!

I think I will have a break from all of the planning over Christmas and catch up with work/life.

like many I think things have slowed down in the run up to xmas but did have my friend who is doing hair and makeup down at the weekend and I put on the dress so that she could get some ideas. was so good to put it on again and gave me a new buzz for it all.am sorting out decs for venue but think most other things will wait till after xmas. xx
