Basically I am getting married in Glasgow and are inviting people from hull, oxford, kent and perth in australia. I have no idea when to send out the invitations / rsvps to everyone as theres transport and hotels to book??????!

    Help!

Also how would u sort out postage stamps for rsvps to return from abroad?

you cant hun ... that has to be local postage , why not give those people the option to email you with their reply instead.

as to when to send i would say the earlier the better

I agree with tori, i would start letting those know abroad now so they have plenty of notice to be able to make it. Also they would have to use there own postage system. We sent some invites over to italy and let them respond via our wedding website or via text xx

I would maybe drop them an email with the dates so they can start thinking about travel. My dad is coming over from Singapore so i pre-warned onm the dates so he could think about flights but then formally sent the save the dates out 8 months before xxx

We had family coming from canada and turkey - we posted their invites to them and told them to rsvp us by facebook with their food choices. Worked fine for us :o)
