Dont worry about what type you want, I definetly didnt want a strapless dress, I was determined I'd have a lace top with cap sleeves (good for hiding big shoulders) but I saw THE dress and almost stopped breathing lol. I turned the computor round and asked my sister what she thought and her reaction was WOW!! I was worried about ordering from China but have only heard good things to be honest. And alot of the bridal shops stock these now but with huge mark ups. I thought its definetly worth the risk. xx

Mrs ratcliffe to be, that was the one I was planning on ordering! But chickened out in the end and got one from your bridal wear purely just on he personal recommendations...I would love to know how yours turns out....might order another one from that seller as a 'back up' xx

I don't think there would be any difference in quality, but you can always email her & ask? xx

I've ordered from L.I.T.B. got my invites at 80% off, they are gorgeous you do have to be aware of import taxes on some items though. I've ordered loads of stuff from China over the past couple of years and these were the only thing i had to pay import tax for. Only an extra £12 though so wasn't too bad, still alot cheaper altogether than getting them here or making myself so I didn't mind x

I ordered little boxes off L.I.T.B as favours and am well impressed with them :-) They did take a good few weeks to come though x

And just got a message from her that the dress is on its way :-) It wasn't custom made so it should be here in 6-12 days :-)

Well my dress came, but its going back :(
Not because there's anything wrong with it, its gorgeous.
I was so excited to try it on, my MOH came round to help tie up the back and the second she saw it all she could do was tell me it was horrible, wrong colour, wrong style. As soon as she left I just sat there crying. She's completly ruined the dress for me.

aw that's not very nice of her and tbh if you think it's gorgeous then go with it. Is there anyone elses opinion you can get also?

I'm just a bit scared that everytime i put it on, i'm gonna hear her saying how horrible it is :(

Kirsty I've been looking at dresses on there for my bridesmaids! How much were the postage costs? And does the price go up for being made with custom measurements do you know? xx

MrsRatcliffetobe, your dress is similar to mine and I dont have half as nice a figure as you must do! Why not post a pic of you in it before listening to the bridesmaid. She may be jealous! Strangers online are more likely to be honest with you.

I am buying mine from YBW aka She Who Must Not Be Names and its actually the bodice of one and skirt of another. Im bricking it in case its a mess and its a plus size so who knows what I will get.

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from bay of e. A uk seller who ships her stock from China. They are great quality with only minor flaws like a pleat not going all the way across on one dress and the heart shape on another bodice not being perfect. Pics in my folder.

Linzi-Jo, postage was basically a £10er a dress tho totally worth it! If u have people who are inbetween sizes get them the bigger size, as they are smallish sizes. They are very well made though, and came in 10days of being ordered.
