Does anyone know if you can get a hair colour that looks black but is actually purple??, sorry for the stupid question lol. Its just i know you can get a black with hint or blue and i know you can get purple but thats not what i want, i want black hair but hint of purple if possible lol

I'm sure you can, if you got quite a strong blue it may look more purply in the light. Live XXL home colours do quite extreme colours, check out boots and have a nosey. Or if you want to get it done at hair dresser, give them a call and see. :)

Thats an AMAZING colour! I vote do it, it would look fab with your other wedding things (had a look in your album)! And it's not bright purple it is quite a darker shade of purple. although I would say to do it few month before hand so that if you don't like it, you can grow it out, if you do then you can re-do it closer to the time

Oh that's nice too. Depends what you want the first one you linked is closer to black but the second one is proper purple, it's like plum, but then the second one has a gloss finish which will be really nice :/ Ahh I can't chose, gosh I would be awful at tryong to chose for myself!

:-/, im struggling too um, iv got plenty of time to decide as wont die my hair till near wedding day anyway lol, i like the glossy finnish but the purple is very plum purple like you said, aaaaaahhhhhhhhh pulling my hair out lol

I've just got back from the hairdress and had my hair dyed a really dark brown that is almost black mixed with a damsom hair dye so that it shimmers purple when it catchs the light.

I think it was mahogany mixed with damson, but i'm not sure. My uncle is my hairdress, i always go in with a vague idea of how i want it colouring and he mixes something up for me, it's always a surprise when the dye gets washed off.

I have purple hair :) If you want PROPER purple go to a salon and get your hair bleached WHITE and then buy Manic Panic Purple Haze. But that's PURPLE. I used LIVE colour (swarskopf or whatever) Mystic Violet, they also have one that's really really dark (basically black) with a bit of a purple shine, I forget what it's called but it's the same release as the "damson wine" one which is the red version. Oh, and strip your hair with B4Ucolour first to get the best result :) I just went through the whole coloring process myself so just lemme know if you have any questions! xx

I use xxl live urban purple I think its called. It's dark but when u in sunlight its purple :)
