I think I would want my dad dressed the same as the bridal party. He will be giving me away, and i'm umming and ahhing about letting the embarrassing mother to join him. They've been split 24 years but their adults. It'l make her feel more part of the wedding. It's gonna be hard to keep 6 parents happy.

    I'm now a married woman
    I have a gorgeous husband
    Whats to do now
Theres no more wedding planning to do

my fil2b wont be in the same, doesnt seem worth it as he is only coming to the service and not to the reception. im paying £80 for something he'll only be in for an hour.

Apparently it's not tradition, so we gave fil2b the option, and he said no.... which saves us money :-) lol

Hi we have the Father of the Groom in the same as groom party the only one we have different is the page boy and thats only as we are going buy his suit so he can run around with the other kids and not have to worry about getting it ripped or ruined.

I don't think FIL2B will be wearing the same suit as the other guys in the wedding party. Mainly because he doesn't really have that much to do with his dad, accept from the occassional visit or telephone call. From what I can gather I think he and his family (h2b's step family), are actually coming but it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't turn up or made some excuse why they couldn't come.

H2b's step dad is going to be wearing the same suit as wedding party tho x

My FIL2B won't be in the same dress as the wedding party. Because of our fractured and splintered families our wedding party consists of friends only (with the exception of my step dad who is giving me away). Our top table will be our groomsmen and bridemaids only, keeps things a little more simple...(I hope) xx

I think the FOG is just as important as the FOB, so if the FOB wears the same, the FOG should!
