I don't mean to sound tight, but knowing already that most of us brides are paying for bridesmaid dresses and accessories, best man, ushers outfit if you hire, gifts for the wedding party, I wondered if I had to pick a different/better/more expensive type of favours for the wedding party. In France, there is so much less that the bride and groom contribute to, like we don't generally buy wedding party outfits, we don't give them presents and they receive the same type of favours, maybe in a bigger box (I am giving out dragees), so don't know what to do, as I didn't include this in our budget

Yes I am getting them a thank you present, necklaces for adults bridesmaid, got them from ***********, and Best man most likely a pint glass personalised, usher should be something very special as he's doing a lot more as well like singing for our first dance, and our make up, and flowergirls should be a necklace as well

If you're getting them thank you presents, then i'd just get them the same favours as everyone else. I've never heard of getting them different favours x

My bridal party will be getting the same as everyone else but they will also be getting some other little goodies inside their gift bags. So in the bridesmaids bags they will have the womens favour, their jewellery, a crystal rose and a personlised bookmark the men will have little boxes which will have the mens favour, a personlised glass plaque, cufflinks and red socks. Ive spent about £15 on each member of the bridal party!

Thanks, that's about my budget Hailey. I just ordered fun boxes for kids, they were quite cheap £257 for 5 jungle animals for the boys and 4 treasure princess box for the girls for £4, I will get the kids a goodie bag, with activity packs, and for adults I will give them in a bag before the wedding start as don't want to give it AT the reception, too much hassle with all the transport, etc.
