are you meaning to do it yourself?? u could get large pieces of organza roll to drape across the ceiling from the corners of the room to meet in the middle where u could have a 'centerpiece' Maybe a chandelier effect ball, or lantern, or a cloud of balloons (ur mum would be happy! lol)

For the evening we're having lanterns and candles sat on mirror plates on the tables. hopefully with the table crystals and chair covers as well it won't look bare. The poles in the marquee will have fairy lights wrapped round them. I didnt want balloons as they remind me of kids parties lol but its a personal choice. I will put a link on your wall for some decorations, have a look at the themes as well for inspiration x

do u have a buffet or cake table? u could use the same roll to put a drape across from each end of the table- very effective!

I am not having balloons (as i was a balloon person and working with them does your head in), i'm decorating my tables with hurricane lamps on mirrored plates with stargazer lillies around them, pink organza everywhere, i am also having topiary trees and a large arch with lights in (we have quite a dark venue being an old barn converted with an old castles bricks ) there are 2 very large chandeliers which i am hoping to drape with crystal/bling hanging things. I cant wait it will be so blingy and over the top its the only day i can truly have what i want !!!
My biggest dream is to marry my Best Friend and I can't wait
to be Mrs Herbert Whoop Whoop !!!!

dont know if this helps , i had ivory table clothes and chair covers with aqua green bows. i had ivory flowers for center pieces with large candles with dome glass then used my bm flowers to decorate my top table and used cocktail glasses with green foil mint balls as favors , Less is definatly more . hope there are some ideas for someone to use.x

A friend of mine brought some plants for the centre of the tables and decorated the pots they were in in the colour theme of her wedding and then added a little bling. They looked fantastic on the tables and were a real talking point and hardly cost her anything to make. How about some large martini glasses filled with coloured stones Or you can buy tea light lanterns in different colours I have added a really good site to my page where you can buy all sorts of things which are really good prices to go on the tables.

I have pics in my profile of paper pom-poms that I have made 6 of so far for decorating our reception. I am having some balloons too and bunting, but saw these pom-poms on internet and loved them. x
