In light of Burns Night today I thought I'd share that the OH and I have found a Ceilidh band to play for our wedding and got them down on price too - Bargaining and budgeting is my friend, can't wait!!! Been listening to their music all afternoon at the in-law's with them bouncing around the kitchen and even been taught how to Ceilidh by the OH's Grandma so that's a sure sign it's going to be rioting success fingers crossed!! :D

Excellent news!! Ceilidh dancing is brilliant, love it, but stay away from Strip the willow once the drinks have flowed heavily. Ive been thrown across the room before!

Noooo! No staying away from strip the willow- you have to do all out and do the Canadian one! :) where's the fun otherwise? :p ceilidh's are brilliant! I am very jealous of you having one at your wedding :)
