The venue we are currently looking to book with have an inclusive packaged price..

This includes a sit down meal. Do you think they be able to change that to more of a sit down buffet meal?? xx

I am having mine at the holiday inn and its a set thing. She said we can change what we want but fortunately there wasnt anything we wanted to change. We have added to the evening buffet though.

Hopefully.. Were not the type to have a sit down meal and with a huge amount of fussy eaters and a few kids we think its best to have a buffet :) Plus we be using our wedding cake as dessert so hopefully that cut it down a lil xx

Just make sure that anything you want done is put in writing before you sign or hand over money. its easy for them to say yes over the phone but another to keep to their word after. Remember what the contract says isn't set in stone and you can ask them to make ammendments etc.

We changed our package to not have the DJ etc and added a few other bits and bobs so it can be done.

Yeh oh I won't be paying for anything until its in writing and I have a copy so I know if their off track..
I think they be very nice as they have their own co-ordinator to organise everything so fingers crossed xx
