Ok we don't want a traditional husband wife cake topper but I'm strugglIng to find something I really like! I want it to really show our cake off. Any ideas?

lol know the feeling... took me a while to settle on the bridesmaid dresses, cake design i like erm... lol to many important decisions to make haha but yes defeintly ask your cake maker :)

Honestly so much to think about. Tried doing my table plans. Not happening haha. My heads an even bigger mess now!
i have seen a really lovely me2u bear figureine a wedding one that would look really nice on top of a wedding cake, a friend of mine got married a few weeks ago and they had one of those white pot figures on top of the cake and the cake was on one of those stands that seperates the cake in to 3 and the weight of the oriment was pulling it down it looked like it was going to collapse so just be warey of weight when you do decide. it depends what your cake is like really? you could have flowers on it? my wedding cake is made to look like stacked hat boxes and has a big bow made from icing on the top comming down the first tear, and it has wired hearts comming out of the top aswel. it also depends if your having a theme aswel as to what you could put on top? i make cakes for family and friends and get alot of my ideas from google images so if your struggling then search for ideas on there they come up with allsorts. i am also doing a novelty cake made from sponge cake i am making the top table and making all my bridal party out of icing sat around it :) half way through making it cant wait until its finished!
