Hi ladies. So my wedding is 6 weeks today and my hen is in 3 weeks. So excited but still have lots of little things to do. Having my first lot of alterations on Wednesday after work.

Hi everyone, looks like you are all doing well with the planning and some of you are starting to go on your hen nights, how exciting! my wedding isnt until november but i am having my hen party at the end of june in liverpool sharing with my soon to be sister in law as her wedding is in september. Me and my partner went to give our notices at the registry office yesterday, was quite nervous but it was nothing to worry about! I have recently bought my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dress, also found a cake maker yesterday too :) everything seems to be coming together nicely x

We met with the vicar and agreed order of service, hymns and readings on Wednesday night so now meed to design and make the order of service and day ... Yippee .. Not

So busy with everything at the moment. The new systems at work are nothing short of a disaster and on Monday our bosses held an emergency meeting telling us we need to work weekends for the next 5 months on a rota so that repairs are still getting authorised despite them assuring us since November that wouldn't be necessary! Brilliant when we are due to move house any week now, the purchase of our new house is sorted but oh's friend who is buying ours is being a total utter t*t constantly texting oh telling him they're waiting for us and that our solicitors are messing about yet when I spoke to our solicitors it's becusee him and his solicitor keep submitting more queries ... If they just did things simply this would have been our moving weekend but we still have no idea when we're moving. Driving me up the wall, he's on about buildong regs for the extension that was built in 1975 so no documentation is needed as it was built so long ago but he's demanding it - it doesn't exist!! There was no problem when we bought the house three years ago so tempted to tell him he's not having the house and just buy to let it!

I just want to get moved then once in the new house I can start the details for the wedding. Also need to meet my bm to arrange her baby shower which is in June but can't plan anythjng til we know when we're moving. Great!

It's just frustrating after everything mmw2b, my uncle really needs to move out of grandads asap so he can try and grieve without constant reminders and all the while our buyer continues delaying things it's mkre weeks that my uncle has to live with the constant memories.

I know I'm going to find it equally tough at first living in the house where grandad should be out in his garden tending to his rasperries or sat in front of the telly watching countdown but at least we'll still have a connection with him and me and oh get the opportunity to raise our family in his family home where he raised my mum and uncle

I just don't understand him he's a total pain!

He's hassling us daily wanting to be in the house now telling us to hurry up when we're actually waiting for him?! If you're the one causing the delays you don't hassle the other party daily

You're so organised em, my mua keeps chasing me to go for my trial but I don't want oh to see it and I don't want to waste the makeup but my hen and all other plans aren't til August which is too late!

I think I'm now toying over doing a boudoir shoot for oh now that I'm down my 10 stone goal, he's forever looking at fitness model photos which aren't pervy so aiming for something like that. It's not that he doesn't appreciate me, I don't like him watching me so if I get him a couple of pictures as a wedding present for the morning he'd really appreciate it so leaving my makeup trial for that would be perfect but I still want to tone my legs a bit more before that so don't want to book it and my lifelong friend bm will totally have to come with me for me to have the guts to do it!

I booked so far in advance as I knew I'd be fussy about it..... It gives me time to correct it and settle my anxieties

Oh tried to tell him but he just came back with I hope that wasn't an ar*ey rant at me I just want to make sure everything is right and ok with the house as it's our first home and a big investment etc

That's what I thought Steph hopefully his solicitors set him straight this week and we get the contracts wrapped up and signed

Wedding planning hasn't been in full swing since Granda but day invites have gone out and done rsvps are coming in and we met the vicar on wednesday and sorted the order of service and banns and things how about yourselves? 2 months to go is probably a bit hectic?

My hen isn't until August bank holiday the final week which is when one of my bm is due to have her baby so doubt she'll be able to come mum and my sister organised it all so I can't really say anything

So, I finally found a little motivation yesterday and started printing off the invites, I'll do some more today and then they're ready to decorate and put together!

Went to pay the deposit for the chair covers yesterday too, but ended up meeting friends for a couple of drinks (as you do!) but the deposit is still safe in my bag haha!

It was needed Emm! Change of scenery. X

Oooh, also yesterday OH went for his first suit fitting! (forgot he was part of this wedding haha!)

He showed me a pic and he looks really smart! Just need to get the other groomsmen down there now x

Our thank you cards have arrived and they look brilliant but that's now a task to be done. 70 odd to write - just what I wanted to do on my bank holiday! But also started to look for a few new clothes for honeymoon as we've read there's a bit of a dress code in the evenings for dinner. Its not like we didn't dress up a bit to go out for dinner before on holiday but we've never had a dress code before. Although I think not allowing men to wear tailored shorts is a bit daft in June in Greece! X

I was thinking on an ice cream cart too but like Emma couldn't justify the cost. The ones I priced were more than that if I remember correctly.

Oh how I wish I was doing my hen again. Use will all have a fab time.

I'm getting married this month!! My date for RSVP is tomorrow and there is still so many people haven't replied. I may start chasing them up soon!

I no it's scary. Just been to the green supermarket and bought in beer and wine for visitors calling

Engagement shoot went well..... It rained though so my hair went scraggly!! We got some photos holding baby lambs and also up on hay bales and me on OHs shoulders sat on hay bails.... It was fun though very wet and cold.

I've seen a couple of the pictures on the camera but they go away for 2 weeks tomorrow so we have to wait grrrrr!

They looked good and actually, I didn't look to bad lol.

My borrowed is my friends veil, blue is a ribbon on my hoop and gem on my shoes, new is my dress.... I've not got an old but my mum has some old jewellery from my Nanna. Failing that, my engagement ring I guess.... That'll be the oldest thing I'm wearing.
