Hi everyone, welcome Gabby. Seems like everyone's plans are coming together I love reading how everyone's getting on. Things are quite with us as we've organised so much. The only thing is bridesmaids dresses, choosing the right colours becoming a nightmare We were going to order them off a seller on etsy but the sample colour she sent me isn't what I had in mind. Then I sourced someone else and their sample material is too light .... I've asked H2B to come look at some with me. luckily he's really keen to be involved or this could turn out to be a nightmare job for him lol Finally decided where I want my hen do, I think we're going to have a cocktail masterclass at Alchemist in Leeds (as long as I'm off my pain medication) them food followed by dancing. Pretty simple really
We've also picked the tattoos we want I'm so excited!
Anyone looking forward to Bonfire night?? To me it's one more event completed that brings me closer to our wedding. X

We're having Coral Flossie, as we're marrying in Cyprus and our venue is very white we felt it could carry a brighter colour however the samples I've had are either too bright or too soft. I'm having 3 BM so we consider having 3 shades but even doing it that way I'm not even liking the shades I've seen.
I love your hangers Emmilou. I want some like that. Where did you get them from? I'm on a Cyprus brides forum and a lot of them order hangers and stickers separately as it's cheaper but I'm really not crafty and I'm certain bugger then up. Hehe My eldest is sensitive to loud noises so I can sympathise with you about bonfire night Emmilou. X

Morning. Ladies, I was reading about wedding photos, me and H2B only want a few traditional pictures. We have decided mostly to get the photographer to capture the emotions and intimacy of our wedding rather than have an album full of posed shots. Anyway one of the essential shots is said to be save the dates, invites, table plans, numbers order of service etc they say take one of each put them together and have one pic. So with everything of yours matching Emmilou that would be a great shot to have.
I'm sure yours will be fab Mrs M Wade 2b. I really wish I was creative x

YAY!!!! I found my wedding dress yesterday- booked an appointment witha bridal shop with no clue of what i wanted, and the 3rd dress i tried on was the one I bought! However... after seeing myself in that dressing room mirror from all angles, i saw how much weight i need to lose. the tops of the arms.... arghhhhh, the love handles.... arggggh!!! not pleasant at all, but very happy to have got the dress :) I paid £150 for my veil, is this quite expensive? what has everyone else paid?

Veils are expensive Paula so that's probably about right - congrats on finding the dress!
I'm sure you don't need to loose any weight but mmw2b lost 6lb in the first week with the m1l1tary diet and lots of people really rate sl1mm1ng w0rld - I'm going to give it a go as I can't exerckse becajse of my back until further notice and I wanted to be the fittest and skinniest I've ever been for my weddkng. I feel like I've put about a stone on since the accident but my weight hasn't budged but my belly and bum is definitely bigger and my nice toned semi six pack has made way for flab :(
Runnjng also shifts any fat really quick my mum lost 2 dress sizes in less than a year with sl1mm1ng w0rld diet and running

I've been saying all along I'm going to make stationary but getting lazy on it now. With working full time and running after my 2 year old I don't no where I'll get the time!! Although was thinking I could get my friends over for a few "invite making parties with wine" lol

Here is a mock up of our save the dates, its going to be printed on pearl card and where the ring is around the 31 we are putting a little diamond jewel. What do you think? I want to make sure they are right before we print them after what happened last time. x

Mrs M Wade... Military diet?? Do tell!!!! I've been awake for hours due to H2B snoring, I can even hear him from downstairs where he's gone. He's put on a fair bit of weight recently as he's been injured from running. He's struggling to get back into it. He's never dieted as running has always kept the weight off so we may have to consider a diet. For the record only running I do (pre broken back) is of the bath haha

Future mrs B- if you type military diet in g00gle, it's a 3 day plan and it tells you what to eat. I lost 6lb on it so it does work and it's easy to stick to. It's good as it gives you a good incentive to carry on healthy eating x

Future Mrs B, a lad that OH used to work with was a boxer and he had a match at the arena.... Chad Gaynor?!
We were all staying in the hotel over the road and met in there for pre boxing drinks.... That's when I first saw him and thought WOW! It wasn't til we went into town later after Chad had won the fight that we 'got together' lol
