If its like Al li they do work, but the side effects if you eat anything fatty are horrendous, as what your body doesnt absorb it has to um... get out? If you eat healthily though for every 2lb you lose yourself they can help you lose an extra 1lb xxx

i tried Alli for a month and they were rubbish. i had been on a healthy low fat diet anyway and they didnt help with wight loss at all. I think they only help if you are having some fat in your diet, but if your on a diet then you wont be eating fatty things anyway! And you need to wear a pad cause the one day i did eat fat I blooming well paid for it. Nice orange oil slick isnt something you want on your undercrackers!

I used Alli and they did increase my weight loss, I was doing Slim World so was on a low fat diet but they still helped me (although I have since gained it all back - that was 7 years ago before I had my 3 kids!), but yeah the oil slick effect is yucky!

just the thought of an orange oily slick is making me feel sick. doesnt sound like something i'd wanna take. but maybe there is a method to the madness. maybe if eating the fat does that to u, it means dont eat anything fatty.
although, they wouldnt give u a balanced diet would it. cos u need some fats within ur diet for it to be balanced.

but yh, gross after thought lol xxxx

Oh gosh no - my ex lost loads of weight using those pills that make the fat pass straight through, but sometimes the results were so bad I just bagged up his undies and threw them away - that's if he wasn't shamed into it first. They wasn't going in my washing machine!!
Instead of taking the pills, just don't eat the fat. The results are far more pleasant :0*
