i would recommend going swimming with them or maybe do some yoga at home or pilattes that is supposed to be good xx

Buy 30 day shred dvd from internet, well known books and dvd site....type the title in and it will pop up, its 4.99 and ive been doing it now for a couple of weeks and im amazed at the difference. 25 mins tops and that includes the warm up and cool down sections...it is hard tho so be warned :-) plus, i have downloaded for free myfitnesspal app for my phone, i input my daily calories and in the last 2 weeks ive lost 5 pounds! its really easy to do with minimum cost...hope this helps xx

i wanted to go to zumba classes but none of my friends could go and didnt want to go on my own so i got the game for the wii. glad i did and didnt go to the classes as its very fast. but its great cos you can do 20 mins or 40 mins so easy to fit around the kids and you can do it any time of the day. oh and it is actually fun to do x

I used to do Martine McCutcheons Dance Body workout. After 8 weeks, I was really toned and had a flat stomach. I was also the lightest I have ever been. I also had the same app as Carole and it's really good for keeping track of your calories x x

I'm doing street dance and ballroom lessons so that's 2 classes a week and I've got myfitnesspal on my phone...3 weeks I lost loads!

ive got two dogs so take them out twice a day i also try and walk everywhere but love the car a bit too much oops i have a while to go yet and want to loose about 2ish stone illl be happy then xx

I agree with Carole - get the 30 day shred; as she says it's really cheap, and 25 minutes maximum. The only additional thing you will need is a set of hand weights. Some people say use a couple of cans of beans, but I think proper hand weights are better. x

Any exercise is good, even if it's housework. But remember you need to be eating a good healthy diet for that exercise to make a noticeable impact. The app that people spoke of above is great for working out your calories in and out. If you really want to tone your muscles then you need to do resistance or weight training. Don't panic, you won't bulk up like Arnie, us girlies don't have the necessary hormones to get bulky without taking special supplements. So definitely pick up some heavy weights and watch the diet. The good thing with weights is you can do it right in your living room whilst watching eastenders!

evening Hoovering can help :) go for walks with the kids, swimming.. . My local life centre do creche for an hour while you go to the classes or gym.. think mine only charge £3.50 for the session of creche..Body combat i reconmend... i didnt like zumba :/ found it too boring after body combat lol
They also do zumba aqua now :) think that would be good to try.

I've done rumba since january and a VERY calorie controlled diet fronted by pauline quirks since middle of february and I've lost almost 2 stone! my dress is slightly big but not too much xxx

I have been worrying about my weight for ages and it was slowly building up due to my job and the pressure of the hours I work and eating the wrong things at the wrong time. I started taking salads to work and fruit/veg to snack on and just started making time for me and going out and doing things at the weekend and I am starting to loose a bit of weight. It is strange how the little things can make a difference. I still have a LONG way to go and will have to up my exercise but even the few pounds have really increased my confidence and making me feel better and more motivated about loosing weight. xxx

There is a dvd set called insanity by shaun t but it is seriously seriously hard work, like unbelievably. There are success stories on youtube which are amazing. It is ridiculously expensive tho.

i joined weight watchers in january and im getting married next month and have lost a total of 30lbs so far (just been and got weighed tonight) i have a little boy and take him with me to classes as h2b works till late. i ordered my dress in jan when i joined and went for my first fitting last week and the dress dropped of me was such an amzing feeling. one of my friends joined 20 weeks ago with her dad and they hae both done fantastic and tonight they both got there 50lbs certificate! i would definatly recomend joining its the best thing i ever did, i dont feel like im dieting as i eat whatever i want to we even have a drinking sesion and takeaway every saturday nite and still loose! as long as you count everything its fine :) x
