To the MODs: What happens after you gat married? Do you still get entered to win wedding things?? or are you allowed the cash alturnatives? or do you just not get entered?

As long as your a power user and you are a regular member of the forum ie you use the foum within 3 months, you will still be entered babe.

I did read that but I was just wondering if I had got it wrong before or whether it had just changed from Aprils prize? Just thinking I might be a bit annoyed if I paid for power user for the comps and then found out I was no longer eligible because I was married. Just wondering if it's changed or if I got it wrong. tbh how do you know that if they do draw a bride who is married that they dont do another draw till a unmarried bride's name comes up?

sorry but thats a bit presumptios to think that us "marrieds" are "taking a prize off you"

a. not like you own it in the first place
b. i would gladly give it up ..obviously!!! ALL power users are entered..its not just a case of "lets tick all the non marrieds"

like i said its probably not goin to be likely to be a married..but if it is..the person can and (if it were to be me) give it up to the next random winner or something

I believe the only comp the already marrieds were excluded from was the big win a wedding one..... but then that one wasn't a power user comp.

But I'll admit it's a bit daft to offer a prize that is wedding specific to all power users without a cash alternative if those already married stand a chance of winning it. I don't begrudge them winning at all, after all they've paid their power user money (or earned their points), but some of the prizes would be pretty useless to them really.....

the thing about cash alternatives is it's down to the supplier to offer it :(

well im sorry for coming on here for nearly a year..chatting away..earning my points..getting and giving advice!!!

now that im married i shouldnt really be winning the "cakes" or "honeymoon" cause i no longer technically hve a "role" in UkBRIDE!!!

i really need a holiday.i havent been away for 5 years...i suffer from depression and feel lonely and isolated most days so i tink i deserve any prize if i wereto win it!! if people are goin to have the attitude that "most of the prizes are for b2b's" then i would certainly be reluctant to pass it up outa principle..

Im sure suppliers wouldnt bother if you were married or not. I think its only fair everyone b2b/married/mods get a chance to win. I am sure most members on here feel the same. xxx
