We are not planning on going away on honeymoon straight after the wedding as we have 2 children, so are planning a trip to disneyland Paris spring 2013 instead. Is anyone else having a familymoon?? xx

No but if I had children I would, getting married bonds you as a family so going away as a family for a honeymoon just makes it that little bit more special! Have a fantastic time, disneyland is fab x

Yep. Were doing the same. Were going to Disneyland Paris for our 'Familymoon.' I couldnt leave out little boy out.

lol..seems like all families are going to disneyland for a 'familymoon' then!! were not going straight away were getting married in july so me and H2B are having a weekend away week after wedding then doing xmas at disneyland gives us a lil bit more time to save extra pennies. :) xx
We are getting married in Cyprus so the 2nd week will be our familymoon with our 2 kids. Next year Steve booked a surprise holiday to Canada for us for our first anniversary...tho I found out, so not a surprise. We are also saving club points at our local supermarket as they do cottage holidays in Ireland. But all with our 2 children...I couldn't imagine going anywhere without them. xx

Ooo I like the sound of a family moon in Disneyland, I'd have to do it the year after tho, I'd love to go at Xmas but its my daughters birthday on boxing day so we now have arguments of whos house we are going to for Xmas

Yep we are :-) Two years after the wedding tho lol we are going to disney florida and maybe renewing our vows while there!
We did want to get married there but lets just say plans change............(theres a thread somewhere on here about it lol)

We are having a 10 day (!!) honeymoon without the kids to the Caribbean and although I am excited I am absolutely dreading all that time without my boys, I know it will be our only opportunity probably ever though... then when we get back we are going on a familymoon... the kids are excited about their familymoon but I think they're more excited that they're having a 10day long sleepover with nanna!!!
