Today my wonderful dad marzipanned and iced 5 cakes! I buttoned 3 (the other two are for cutting but not stacking). Have to say they look fab! Took aaaaall day though. Made 3 sweet trees tonight too. Still not 100% packed for honeymoon! Tomorrow morning deffo!

Oh no :-( excitement, nerves, so much on your mind. Know it well. Slept OK ish last night. Feel a relief knowing I have a cake!

the dress is amazing, its incredible how much difference an inch off the bust can make! It just needs a few more little bits doing like she put the loop for the bustle on the inside instead of the out and the thing for round my shoulders is in the wrong place again now its been taken in, but i'm absolutely in love!!!

the fascinator really was the best choice it looks like it was made for that dress!

Taking the cake to the venue in a bit (after collecting my dress!) And will get some pics then. Think it'll look at its best stacked. I'm so proud!

I am hugely lucky to have such fab parents. They haven't stopped since they got here bless them!

Last day was ok - I dont often see my team so they gave me a card and bottle of champers on Tues - today was a bit of an anti climax

i had my make up and hair trial last night ladies, it was a different lady doing my make up they have had to switch artists as the other one has her sisters wedding. she did a really good job just she put a flick on the edge of my eyes in eyeliner which i don't like. I liked it at the time but the more i looked at it the more i didn't like it.

Hi Jill I'm still here !!! sounds like you had a fab hen do and no hangover that's got to be good.

I went to my CBM last night with my H2B and daughter for a BBQ and to see if our little darlings would sleep nicely together (her 2 dauhters are my FG) Well what a disaster that turned out they kept us awake all night one would wake get that one back to sleep 30 min later another would wake and on and on through the whole night stoping at 3.30am then they started waking to get up at 6.45am
The plan was for them to stay the night before the wedding as hair and make up lady would be at mine for 8am but now thinking that they might have to stay at there home and travel to me in the morning. as i dont want to be this tired on my wedding day.

I Cant wait for my hen but its not for another 2 weeks x

im still here aswel! just under 4 weeks to go and feeling alittle snowed under, thaught i had everything under control but wrote up my to do list and it is 2 pages long :/ the next 3 weeks im going to be soo busy just wish i could get everything done in one day! x

I'm good went out on sat with a few girlies for a curry and had faaaaaaaar too much to drink (not actually that much but for me it was a lot i'm not a big drinker) and even after spending most of yesterday in bed with a sore head i've still got a sore head :-(

I'm just really busy so i don't know what i'm feeling at the moment

i know i'm really suffering today i think its a migraine as i'm feeling a tad stressed i think as my OH is being as much use as a chocolate fire guard atm

same here on the monday after the wedding i'm getting all the stuff ironed and ready to go in it on tuesday afternoon as we are staying in Manchester the night before to make our honeymoon a bit longer :-)

OMG what a nightmare last night was!!!!!

went to M&S to get the bra i'd ordered to go under my wedding dress as they had none in stock. Went in with my receipt apparantly payment was declined, WTH i have a receipt!, apparantly the day after i ordered it they processed the payment and my card isn't accepted by there company!!! apparantly they have been trying to contact me (no they havent as our house phone hasn't rung all week and they certainly didn't ring my mobile) so anyway had a HUGE row with them at customer services on the phone and ripped up the receipt in front of them and stormed off!!! I went upstairs and checked the sale section and luckily they had one in my size that someone had returned the day before!!!!!!!! and it was reduced another £3 woo so i got my wedding bra for £9 in the end. While i was checking the fit i got 6 calls from my OH, he was at the church and wanted to know where i was and if i had the money to pay! Hang on a minute thats your job!!! turned out he went to collect my brother WITHOUT his keys even though i've told him never to leave the house without them. so i was already running late because of the M&S incident and then had to make a trip home to get the money! was not impressed.

got to the church and it turns out rehearsals weren't until 6.30 even though there website says 6!!!! not impressed and then the woman who opened up was like well its always half 6 i said i thought that until i checked you website, love Smart phones as she didn't believe me so i showed her! hahaha

The rehearsal is literally walking down the aisle going through the run through of the day and saying your vows to each other so you know what to do on the day, you then go through to the vestry to sign the register etc and how to go out of the church its not nerve racking in fact it gets a bit silly and you end up laughing i swear though if OH laughs on the day i will kill him

exactly he kept giggling at richer for poorer as we have both been skint and both been rich during our 6 year relationship hahaha I'm sure it will be fine :-) just a bit peeved that we get married at 11 ceremony should be done by 11.40 but we have to be out of the church by 12 as the next groom will be arriving! i will not be happy if they are in purple as well!!!!

well still got a little time to panic ! but at the moment i am getting a bit more excited but, still strangley calm and positive. I know i have probably got loads to do, but i have not written a list out yet and to be honest i dont want to. as i know when i put pen to paper and start writing things down i will scare myself silly so i'm kinda just mentaly thinking of things that need to be done which tends to happen when i'm trying to sleep and then just do one thing wedding related each day. dont know wether this will work or if i am going to be running around like a headless chicken a couple of days before thinking i wish i had made a list.

I'm getting married in 3 weeks (29th september!) Nerves are starting to kick in, but more excited than anything :D and the only thing I have left to do is pick up our cake and make our sweetie trees :) x

same day as me beth :) and jill and nina aswel i think? your organised! ive got loads to do....including finishing making my cake lol! karen- thankyou! i totally forgot about thankyou cards!! tbh only just started buying the thankyou gifts today lol got all the kids ones out of the way now got to worry about the rest of them :/ today ive met a friend in town to get her money for the hen do to give to my cheif bridesmaid, baught some thankyou gifts, picked up a cardigan for my flowergirl and baught the last toilettries for my loo box lol. been to get weighed at weight watchers tonight aswel and put on 2lb :( it was my birthday last week tho so i suppose im allowed one slip up on my birthday lol just have to be extra good this week. then ive been on my first driving lesson in 4 and a half years tonight was slighty nervous especially driving in the dark lol. tomorrow is ohs birthday so have to spoil him before he goes to work, breakfast in bed and all that malarky lol. then off to pay the deposit for hair and makup and think im going to get my order of services printed of aswel tomorow which im not looking forward to 600 sheets printed double sided :/ going to take ages! x

Happy belated birthday susan1990 hope ur H2B likes his brekkie in bed !! My fingers ached after i had done my OS and still have 10 left to do all that folding and stappling but worth it in the end !

I have had a slow day at work today so i have made our paper table plan to give to the venue so thats my one wedding bit done for today. tomorrow i am going into town to buy wraping paper and some toy cars and balloons to go in the kids goodie bag to keep them entertained they will also have stickers and colouring book and pencils, pack of small haribo sweets and a box of rasins. also incuding small pack of baby wipes in each young childs bag so they can have there face and hands cleaned after the meal.

BethS11 have you got any tips that i should be doing now ?
