We had a meeting with the wedding singer yesterday and he suggested that after the thank you's, he can sing a song as a thank you for someone who's helped a lot with the wedding. I'd love him to do that for my mum as she has helped so much with the wedding and been so supportive. But she's not really into music and doesn't have any favourite songs so I don't know what song he could sing? Any good suggestions?

The greatest thing you'll ever learn
is just to love and be loved in return

My mums the same, she'd be so hard to plan for, i think id go for something sung by eva cassidy or summat like that, theres that girl on them ads that sings songs but slower, i think that would be a safe bet (she did power of love and elton john, stumped if i know who she was or what the ads were)

my song with my nan was 'because you loved me'
very soppy and emotional but the lyrics totally sum up how, as a child, I felt about her.
Have a listen to that and see if it tells your message to your mum too x
