You mean on the registrar? witness? Were having our mums be our witnesses.

I am debating whether to have 2 maid of honours... - my best friend & my sister.
Not sure on different roles at the moment, may get one to do a reading at the ceronmy.

    Xx

You choose a friend and your hubby choose someone, or let mums do it, that way they will feel part of the day :)

Splitting duties-wise, I made a list and decided on a case by case basis which task would be most suitable for which bridesmaid, and go from there. If it ends up really unbalanced you can change it around a bit, but things like arranging the hen and giving a reading may suit one far more than the other.

I'm only having 2 bridesmaids, and sharing MoH duties between the 2. It was never in doubt who I wanted to sign the register though, she's been my best friend for 20 years, we've done some pretty awful things to each other in that time, but she's as about as close to a sister as I'll ever have, and it means so much that after everything we've been through together it will be her name next to ours in the book forever.

I had the same problem...couldnt decide been two close friends-I might still have the same problem if both come to our wedding in cyprus, at the moment I know one will definately be coming, the other most likely not.

Like the others have said splitting duties is definately the way to go xx

I have two very close friends and I've asked one to be my chief bridesmaid and the other to be my maid of honor. I don't want to put one above the other as I love them both equally. I'll just ask them to do different things. Neither of them has complained!

How about have a maid of honour and a chief brudesmaid. Then they both feel important and you can set them slightly different tasks...ie MOH helping you with everything on the day and cb being in control of eveything else xxx

Why do you need one? I have 3 bridesmaid and love them all equally so all being bridesmaid rather than a chief or made of honour. As for witnesses, it can be who you want.... We are having my step dad and h2b step mum so they fell included too xxx

If you've got to pick between the 2 MoH i'd be tempted to choose someone else completely so as not to start a drama! lol. x
