We are having cheesecake from ************************** for our wedding cake, 5 tiers. We think we have decided on our flavours now.
Full bloom for the top layer, 6". Then 3x 12" i think the idea is: bannoffee, love actually and sicilian lemon. Then the big 15" on the bottom we are having Giant profiterole chocolate fudge frenzy.
We have ordered the bannoffee which should be getting delivered tomorrow for sampling as its a tricky flavour, we figured with vanilla and chocolate bases we cant go far wrong, but the bannoffee and lemon one we want to sample first. Also with the full bloom top tier we wont have to worry about cake toppers and the cheesecake is decorated already :D
