We are a 4 piece function band - drums, bass, electric guitar and acoustic guitar with 2 of us on vocals.
Rather than a generic 'party band' we focus on our love of 60s and 90s music.

Music and Background

Every wedding is special and unique and this serves as the foundation of our contribution.

With nearly 10 years experience we feel honoured to be able to share our passion for live music at such an important celebration for couples and their guests.

Playing familiar 60s rock n roll songs with the same energy of their original release during such a culturally revolutionary decade seems to consistently hit a chord with our audiences.

We see the youngsters (children and teens) respond to the youthful exciting energy of the music and, at the same time, older generations are warmed with nostalgia and pride at the longevity of the songs' influence and longevity.

Quite simply our 60s set makes for a uniquely amazing night of music, dancing and celebration.

Similarly, our 90s Britpop set shares many of the above traits.
For myself and the band members my age this was our generation.
So it really is from the heart when we share the melodies, the fashion and the attitude that defined the positive mood in Britain in the 90s.
Many of the songs in our 90s set are incredibly anthemic and are guaranteed to receive an emotional singalong and shared experience.

Whether it's 60s, 90s or a bit of both we the band, you the couple and all your loved ones attending will leave with precious memories of jubilation.


Line up and Set up

I, Tom, am the frontman and main contact when it comes to bookings.
In the band I sing lead, play acoustic guitar with harmonica.
I can perform a solo set with or without a stomp pedal. My solo repertoire covers a wide range of music from 50s right through to modern day and can cater for a relaxed background atmosphere or more upbeat if required.

I feel blessed to be surrounded by a fantastic pool of musicians who form various line ups depending on the booking. Not only can we offer multiple options listed below but should any band member not be available I can call on one of our equally talented 'deps' to cover them.

We have our own state of the art sound system suitable for venues with up to 300 capacity so only require space and access to power.
Some wedding venues provide their own in-house sound system which we are always happy to use.
Similarly, venues may operate a sound limiter which we are well used to working with the staff to optimize our performance.

Other treats we can offer include lights, smoke machine and inflatable instruments for your guests.


Booking Process

We appreciate there are hundreds of decisions to be made when planning your wedding so we always try to make our booking process as smooth as possible.

As well as our passion for music we pride ourselves on our communication and flexibility.

Once we have some basic details (Date, Location, Timings, Line ups/DJ service) we can put together a contract and initial quote.
Our quotes are always clear totals that include travel so no surprises.

We encourage you to add as much information and request any changes to the contract.
Once you're happy with the contract we ask for a 50% deposit to fully secure the booking.

With the basics in place we can start to organise your first dance request, DJ playlist requests and anything else you'd like to discuss.

You can then relax knowing your musical entertainment is all set and ready to go.

However, we will always be available to discuss anything you wish right up until the day itself.


Conclusion

We hope this gives you a much better idea of what we're about and what the process looks like.
We have no ambition to play as many generic weddings as possible but instead we want to find the right weddings (the right couples) for us and vice versa.
We believe it's this strategy that explains the overwhelmingly positive feedback we've had from all our previous wedding performances.
