At RCT Entertainment & Events, we understand the importance of creating unforgettable moments for your special day. We offer something for everyone.
RCT Entertainments & Events is a family run business and setup by husband and wife Ross and Charlene Thurston
Ross has been in the entertainment and events trade since the age of 18, now at the age of 34,he has worked for a variety of event production companies in London,Essex and Spain. He has created a portfolio of events, over time an excessive amount of contacts and resources have been retained in his time in the industry.
Ross has travelled all over the world as a DJ. He was the DJ for Kylie Minogue birthday party and Tom Hanks film launch party at The Dorchester Hotel London.
Whilst working as an event manager, DJ & Technician at a local company, he soon realised that it was time to head out and expand the business with his wife and re brand to RCT Entertainments & Events. Offering a full production package in house, so you can get everything you need for your event under one platform.
Charlene also has extensive experience organising weddings, parties and events. Dealing with the administration part of the business, answering the phones and dealing with enquires, she is first point of contact when planning your special event.
We are a reliable, trustworthy company with a wealth of experience under our belt. When booking with us, you will receive all the relevant paper work you require to make sure your booking is secure and every fine detail has been addressed.
Our team of event planners, technicians and DJs will guide you smoothly through the process and gather as much information as possible, so we can create and offer you the perfect event package.
We have provided entertainment and production for local companies including St Helena Hospice, St Elizabeth Hospice, Colchester United, The Essex Golf & Country Club. Our corporate clients include Max Factor, Boots, Centre Parcs and Kubota.

There were so many scenes to choose from and the photo quality was outstanding.
We hired the booth for our wedding and I received nothing but compliments from my guests. We received a guest book where Ross would stick a photo from the booth and guests can sign. Guests received a copy each for them to keep.
We also received digital copies which i was not expecting
It was so much fun and definitely enhanced our wedding. I am so glad I went for the photo-booth and found Ross and his company.
