I can offer live ceremony wedding packages of key moment(s), guest illustration packages and commissions in my studio using a photo as reference. How it works? Before the wedding you confirm the availability of your wedding date by leaving and enquiry. I will then collect information about your wedding day and your preferences for the painting(s). Discuss key moments and people you would like me to capture on that way the people and the moments that matter the most to you will be artfully archived. The date is then secured by providing a 20% deposit. I'll contact the venue to confirm my attendance and arrange a designated area within the venue to set up my easel. Around 4 weeks before the wedding I'll contact you to arrange a full consultation. During the wedding I will arrive 1 hour before the ceremony to set up my easel and materials. Following the ceremony I will take photos of you and your guests using my iPhone to capture the key moments. I will then make a start on the painting(s) and continue to paint throughout the event. Packages include the following: Full Day Ceremony Painting: Painting a key moment that takes up to 10 hours to complete. The painting will be unveiled to the couple on completion. Full Day Key Moment Paintings: Paint up to 3 key moments that takes up to 10 hours of painting. Each completed painting will be mounted and placed on the pop up gallery for guests to look at during the wedding. Guest Wedding Illustration Package( Full Day).Keepsakes that will last a lifetime. I can paint up to 25 illustrations within 10 hours. Additional paintings can be done in the studio at an extra cost. The completed illustrations will be displayed on the photo stand and guests can pick up their illustration at their own leisure. Half Day Key Moment Painting: Paint 1 key moment that takes up to 5 hours to paint. The painting will be unveiled to the couple on completion. I also offer commissions of the wedding venue, ceremony and honeymoon using a photo as reference at my studio. Travel and accommodation charges may also apply.
