At Forrest Estate Experiences we provide unique and unrivalled shooting experiences on a magnificent 11,000 acre estate in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway.

We pride ourselves in providing shooting experiences for all levels of ability and supply everything required including state of the art guns and equipment as well as professional shooting instructors to help you get the most out of your special day.

Options vary from 'Have a Go' experiences lasting 2hrs approx. to full day experiences such as our 'Top Shot' experience.

Our unique 'Top Shot' experience is extremely popular for groups including Stag and Hen parties for 4 to 40 persons and includes clay pigeon shooting, rifle shooting and field archery using crossbows. Prizes are provided for each individual activity as well as the coveted overall 'Top Shot' champion of the day.

Various lunch options are also available and accommodation can be found locally from camping to historic castles.

Our unique ‘Top Shot‘ experience is ideal for groups, corporate and the ultimate Stag or Hen party shooting experience. Combining the skills of shotgun shooting, rifle target shooting and field archery with crossbows, all based on a country sports theme. Our Top Shot experience includes all guns, equipment, BBQ burger lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Prizes of personalised malt whisky for the top clay pigeon shooter , top rifle shooter, top crossbow shooter and the overall 'Top Shot Champion' of the day. No experience is required and all equipment will be provided. Local accommodation can be arranged from camping to castles. This action-packed day will be an experience to remember, all based on one of the best shooting grounds in Scotland, set in the magnificent scenery of the Galloway Hills, south west Scotland.

Andrew, a level 2 qualified A.P.S.I shooting instructor, has over 30 years' experience in arranging country sport in Scotland. Andrew runs the business with his wife Sandra who both have 25 years' in the hospitality industry which enables them to personally ensure that attention to detail creates a first class experience.
