As a former soldier and police officer, I have dedicated his life to helping others. I also play a role in helping young adults aged 12 – 18 yrs choose a path of self-belief and community spirit through work with the Army Cadet Force. As a Director with two businesses dedicated to reducing unemployment and poverty, I love to be involved in community based projects. I have been involved in the delivery of training for a number of years and use presentation skills to deliver training, coaching and mentoring to those struggling.

I became a celebrant after attending a number of weddings and found great satisfaction when i too was married in a Humanist ceremony. I really do remember it well, I remember the name of the celebrant who delivered the service and saw first-hand what a difference it makes to have a personalised ceremony.

I realised I already had many of the skills needed and with a willingness to help others pursued my goal to become a celebrant himself. With community values at heart, I chose Fuze because of the foundations it was started from and I wanted to be a part of what it delivers for those in need.

I feel that couples today are deeply committed to having a ceremony which reflects them as people. I enjoy meeting people, gathering details of their journey together and then creating a ceremony they will remember long after the event.
