I’m Anna and I’m a UKSOC qualified Wedding and Family Celebrant based in Weymouth. I am all about the power that words hold, and how I can use them to create unforgettable memories on your special day.

I live in the beautiful county of Dorset, and I love living next to the sea and the calmness and serenity it brings to my very busy life. A very active person, I’m always on the go whether it be working, walking my dog, organising my volunteers’ group, or keeping fit.
I love to help others – for the last 5 years I have organised a volunteer dog walking group, on Christmas day I always spend my day delivering meals to elderly people, and I have far too many rescue pets!
In October 2023 I was received an award for “Dorset Volunteer of the Year” which was just wonderful.
My biggest passion is cooking, and I’ll feed anyone who will eat my food! With an Italian heritage, cooking relaxes me, and I am ever the experimental cook.
Back in the 90’s I studied at the London College of Music wish aspirations of being a famous rock star! However, the entrepreneurial side of me always kept me grounded and I am also a qualified accountant having predominately worked in a senior finance roles in education and training my entire career. For a day job, I now work part time for a small Cancer Charity, which I absolutely love.
Not your usual accountant, I am a very creative person, and I love to bring this into the ceremonies I lead. I also have a great sense of humour, a passion for saving the planet, and I truly believe in equality and diversity in all aspects of life.
HOW I CAN HELP YOU
There are many occasions in our life which we want to celebrate with family and friends, and I can provide you with a unique ceremony that reflects you as a couple and your journey together.
My role as a celebrant is to make your day stress free, so you can enjoy your special day together whether it be for your wedding, renewing your vows, a naming ceremony, or remembering a very special departed furry friend at a pet memorial.
You choose your venue, guests, food and theme, and choose me as your celebrant to make your perfect day happen.
Working with you I will ensure that your ceremony is bespoke and unique and one that you and your guests will cherish in your memories and hearts forever.
Your ceremony will have sentiment, reflect your story together, your personalities and style, be engaging, and include a bit of humour and whatever else you wish for. Of course, that includes the Dr Who themed ceremony I produced recently for a wonderful couple!
I will help make the whole process stress-free for you. I am always happy to suggest readings, poems, music and to give you ideas on how to include other members of the family. Yes – you can have your little ones dress up as security guards, walk up the aisle to “Bad Boys” carrying your wedding rings in a briefcase! After all, what could go wrong?!
On the day, you don’t have to panic. I will hold the whole ceremony together, even if the unexpected happens. That’s what I do, that’s my role as your celebrant. “Keep Calm and Carry On – your Celebrant is in control”!

Don't stress - I am the worlds most organised person, and I can take all the stress of your ceremony away from you.
Don't worry if things go wrong in the ceremony on the day - as a celebrant I am used to this, I can think on my feet and stay calm!

Once we decided to use her, we met up in person so she could craft the perfect script from the stories we told her. We then received a draft of our ceremony by email, and we had a ZOOM catch up (purely because I was too unwell for face 2 face meeting) to go through alternations we wanted made.
Throughout the process she made alot of suggestions we hadn't thought about, which was really helpful.
