Information For The Full Spoon Ltd

At The Full Spoon we are proud of our reputation for delicious food, imaginative bespoke menus and making your experience fun, relaxed and stress free.

We put fresh, tasty and flavoursome ingredients at the heart of your event. We use seasonal, local and ethically sourced food, showcasing the best that the Chew Valley and South West has to offer in a refreshing range of dishes.

We love organic and source our vegetables from the Community Farm and meat from Luke Hasell’s farm and butchery across the lake to the west of our kitchen. If game is your bag, we work with local game keepers for our venison and birds and fish from Blagdon Lake. Produce from the sea is certified sustainable seafood.

When it comes to eating, we will develop the right menu for you. Unlike most caterers we work from a blank canvas, but we will share what we have done before and what is currently on trend to whet the appetite.

Our most popular formats are:

Festival vibe - Street food style; slow cooked cuts of meat, paellas, bowl food, spit roasts

Sharing heaven - Family style, sharing platters and at table self- serve

Table service - A tad more formal when the occasion demands
