I could not fault any aspect of the day and services you provided combined with the professionalism showed through the whole process.

I know K & C were so happy and of course relieved as their special day unfolded in such a seamless and fantastic way which as a proud Dad this also made me very happy.

I really don’t know how to start.

We just wanted to say….. thank you for the amazing weekend we have all just had.

We had a bumpy start with two postponed weddings due to Covid!!

But even through these difficult times Sarah, you and your team were wonderful.

I think it made our relationship stronger as we obviously were devastated that not only our wedding was postponed but we clearly saw close up how it had effected your team.

And what a team!! We had simply the best wedding day ever, from start to finish.

From the night before the wedding with my daughters, mum and dad, having a wonderful meal and evening, to being looking after at breakfast,

You and your wonderful staff just looked after our every need.

You really were just amazing, helping my mum and dad with their button holes to making sure we had drink and food the morning of our wedding.

The venue looked stunning and I can’t thank Alice and Rebecca enough as everything was exactly how I had envisioned.

All our guest haven’t stopped messaging us, thanking us for such a wonderful day.

The food was excellent, the service was professional and friendly.

Please thank everyone who helped out on the day, it all looked wonderful and we couldn’t fault a thing.

We cannot believe it’s been a week…. I do wish we could do it all over again… we loved it soo much….

Honestly it was blooming perfect and it’s all thanks to you and your team… all our guests had the best time and the feedback for food and the drink (the blue welcome drink) has been a big hit! We loved every minute of it all.

Dear Alice,

We just had to write and hopefully can find some words to express what an amazing time we had last week at Milsom’s Kesgrave Hall for our wedding and pre-wedding celebration with our family and friends. We have been on cloud 9 ever since because the whole thing was just so lovely, so brilliantly planned and organised, and all carried out with a huge amount of professionalism, kindness and fun by everyone at the hotel. We can’t thank you all enough for making our wedding a dream come true and for helping us and our loved ones make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.


From the moment, we arrived, nothing appeared to be too much trouble. You personally took the time to transfer our many bags over to The White House in the golf buggy, our welcome bags were delivered to our guests’ rooms, our wedding cake and little finishing touches were taken with care and interest in readiness for the big day and we were immediately given the sense that everything was under control and we could get on with enjoying ourselves and awaiting the arrival of our friends and family. The BBQ that evening was a brilliantly relaxed affair with delicious food and drinks and we were extremely well taken care of by the chef and by Georgia and others.


The wedding day itself was…. well, where to start?! Oh my goodness, the rooms both looked breathtakingly gorgeous! The Hangar and The Mess. I will never forgot the sight of them all laid out perfectly with everything where it was supposed to be and looking absolutely perfect. Yourself and Rebecca were never far away and kept us all informed and in the right place at the right time and all with happiness and a sense that you really cared about the day and wanted it to go as well as we did. Ollie and Georgia did a superb job of looking after us all after the ceremony with the food delivered promptly and efficiently, everyone’s drinks topped up and generally just providing the best service we could have wanted. Ollie kept us informed of all timings, regarding the toast, cake cutting and so on, Georgia was always quietly on hand to help with whatever was need and they both were just so friendly, accommodating, professional and went above and beyond in every way throughout our celebration. The food was absolutely delicious as well with everyone, without exception, enjoying their meals and saying how lovely it was. In fact, this was said throughout the two days regarding breakfast as well and Amy looked after us extremely well in the dining room.

Apart from all of the above, Alice, I would personally like to say an enormous thank you to you. You have been with us every step of the way since we met you and booked the venue in April, to just two months later when we had our wedding. You have made it a pleasure to get everything sorted out from the rooms to the food to the structure of the day and have made me feel very secure and not at all worried about how things might go. That is priceless when organising an event and I hope you know that it is hugely appreciated. Your smile and warmth as well as your knowledge of the venue and suppliers made it a very simple decision for us to book our wedding at Kesgrave Hall and it’s one that we will be forever happy with.

Well done also for booking the sunshine – that was the icing on the wedding cake .
