Kal's Kitchen

Food has been an integral part of Kal’s identity since childhood, and she has been cooking for her family and friends for as long as she can remember. Her food is influenced by the flavours of her ancestral homeland of Northern India, as well as the many cultures and cuisines she has encountered on her travels; from Mexican sauces to Moroccan spices! It is her passion for diverse ingredients and unique flavour fusions that has allowed her to create such distinctive plant-based alternatives to some of our favourite dishes. Kal’s love for plants was born from a place of seeking mental and physical balance, which she found she was able to achieve through vegan cooking. After a career in the City, Kal has returned to the kitchen with the driving ambition of sharing her passion for plant-based food and all the wonders that plants can do for one’s mental and physical wellbeing – as well as some pretty sustainable environmental wonders as well! Kal truly embodies our philosophy, for the love of Plants, in everything she does, and is passionate in bringing you the best vegan food you have ever tasted.
