We cater for all kinds of events, from weddings to corporate functions. Each and every menu is tailored to each event and clients work directly with the Head chef and owner, Kirsty. We want to make sure that each and every event we cater for is special and unique, also working with each client to stick within budget and accommodate all dietary requirements. Happily recommend for wedding catering
Kirsty and her team did a fantastic job with our wedding in July 2022! She worked with us to develop a comprehensive menu within our budget as well as providing full-on events support on the day, setting up everything at the venue, serving food and providing bar-service. Everything ran so smoothly, the food was amazing (with many guests saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had) and we felt in such safe hands with Happy Plates. Highly recommend!

Kirsty is the Head Chef and owner of Happy Plate, and she has been working within the industry since 2006. Her passion for food and creating perfectly balanced menus whilst working with each client personally means that each and every menu is reflective of each client. We work with fabulous suppliers and try and use as much British produce as we can which is all organic. With joy at the heart of everything they do, their culinary experts believe food should be fun and make you happy, especially on your big day. Head chef Kirsty has worked alongside the owner for 17 years at hotels, restaurants, and private homes around the world. She's worked under world-renowned chef Walter Ulz and has been head chef at various restaurants throughout South Africa and London.
