My name is Emma Boubaker, I have been in the catering industry for all of my life. I trained at Norwich City College where I achieved my Catering City & Guilds Diploma. I took my first job working under Galton Blackiston at Morston Hall where I trained for a couple of years.
I then decided to continue my career in local establishments along the Norfolk coast, getting a feel for different working environments. I have worked my way through the catering roles and have had five head chef positions.
My last role was The Kings Head Letheringsett, working for Chris Coubrough of The Flying Kiwi Inns. Whilst I was there my team and I won the Good Pub Guides Norfolk Dining Pub of the Year 2010.
