I work with brides-to-be to create their dream wedding cakes. From mood board, design consultation and tasting to completion and delivery of your beautiful, bespoke, 'wow-factor' cake.

I am a multi-award winning, Cake International Gold cake artist with work regularly featured The Sun, The Daily Mail, Radio 4's Today Program, The Hemel Gazette, Cake Decorating Magazine, Cake Master Magazine and interviewed by Three Counties Radio and other media outlets.


I work with clients to create both visually stunning and incredibly decadent towering multi-tiered wedding cakes as well as specialising in gravity defying sculpted edible showpieces.
