Congratulations on your engagement and thank you so much for considering us to share your special day. Our beautiful venue, stunning views, delicious wedding menus and drinks packages are everything you need to celebrate the next chapter of your adventure.
All our catering is provided by our in-house Marco Pierre White Restaurant and our experienced catering team have created a range of outstanding menu packages.
From mouth-watering canapes to delicious three-course meals to suit a variety of appetites, we want to make your day as special as possible and our dedicated team are on hand to make the day everything you dreamed.
We will work with you to create a package that truly fits your needs with the ability to cater from 20 to 300 guests with our stunning venue spaces…
Canalside
Canalside is the perfect venue to make your mark on a blank canvas. Surrounded by floor to ceiling glass, the sliding doors open the perimeter of the room onto Birmingham’s famous canal network. Flooded with natural daylight Canalside has the unique ability to bring the outdoors in. The venue can accommodate up to 150 for a dinner and dance or up to 300 guests for a drink’s reception.
The Ruinart Room
Our Ruinart room is the best kept secret of Level Twenty-Five, this truly spectacular room evokes charm and glamour, seating up to 22 guests. Your own room with a stunning view, offering you and your guests’ complete seclusion and privacy.
The Private Event Room
Secluded from the main hustle and bustle of the restaurant, this room offers stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, complemented by the subtle mood lighting. With its own private bar this room can seat up to 30 guests for a dinner which is perfect for an intimate celebration.
Veuve Clicquot Champagne Bar
The most popular destination with its stunning 360-degree views of Birmingham’s City Skyline and private bar. Capable of seating up to 60 guests for a private lunch or dinner, or 120 for a more informal drinks reception. This is a venue that will definitely impress!
We also have a stunning outdoor terrace which overlooks the City and caters up to 120 standing.
Pre-wedding celebrations
With on-site hotel, restaurants and Spa we also cater for pre-wedding celebrations. Ask us upon enquiry if you're interested in booking a hen or pre-wedding celebration!

Do what YOU want to do, it's your day! From the food to the venue, you should have the celebration you want; it is your wedding after all.
Assign one of your bridal party to make sure you both eat! Whether that is grabbing canapes or feeding you whilst you have your photos many brides are too busy to eat.
Don't be afraid to ask! If you don't think we are able to cater for your request, there's no harm in asking - we may be able to find a solution!

Afternoon tea service was clean and swift, and the guests raved about the evening food. Setting and cleaning up was simple thanks to your preparation efforts. We have absolutely no complaints and even wish we could do it again.

I have worked within the Wedding industry for 3 years, with a passion to take the stress out of your day and ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether your day is small and intimate or a celebration for 250 I will be there every step of the way providing support, from the initial enquiry to the big day.
